Tent Help!
Every year volunteers help us with our tent set up The Griffin's Den and tear down. It's a two story tent so it's more complicated than the average tent. For us this is a very important task and we really appreciate the help.
We usually try to set this up Sunday morning around 10am. Setup usually takes about 2 hours, and we feed you lunch afterwards. And you get 2 hours of complimentary time to use at any time during war.
Tear down is the last Saturday at 5pm. We try to be done by 7pm, and will also buy you dinner. There may also be some financial compensation given.
